The Leapfrog Group is a national nonprofit organization that was founded in 2000 by large employers and purchasers to drive a movement for quality and safety in American health care.
The group’s Hospital Safety Score is collected to transparently report hospital performance in order for consumers to find the highest-value care and make informed decisions.
