Captain Ciara Williams was the guest speaker at the September meeting of the Carmichaels Women’s Civic Club. Williams spoke about the newly formed Greene County Composite Squadron 606 of the Civil Air Patrol. Williams shared her knowledge and information about the program, including mission, goals and opportunities it will provide for the adults and youth of Greene County.
