Classical trumpeter to perform in Hickory

Classical trumpeter Mary Bowden will perform at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the Hickory United Evangelical Presbyterian Church sanctuary, 210 Main St., Hickory.

Admission is free. A goodwill offering will be accepted.

Bowden will be joined by trumpeter David Dash and accompanied by organist Phil Chandler.
