Transitional Paths to Independent Living (TRPIL) recently received a donation of $1,500 from EQT Corporation for a capital campaign project. Funds are being used to renovate the former YWCA Building, 42 West Maiden St., Washington. Construction is currently underway, with the elevator system foundation work being completed and interior walls being installed. Presenting a check to TRPIL CEO Kathleen Kleinmann, left, was Stephanie Paluda, EQT’s local government and community affairs specialist. TRPIL is a multi-service agency assisting people with disabilities throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania. Last year, more than 3,000 individuals were served through various programs.
