White – 50 years
Richard and Margaret White of Hickory celebrated their golden wedding anniversary with their children and grandchildren at the Bedford Springs Resort in Bedford.
Mr. and Mrs. White were married August 26, 1967, at Third United Presbyterian Church in Washington.
Their children are Lisa Wassel of Pittsburgh, Eric (Monica) White of Boyds, Md., and the late Brian John White.
They have four grandchildren, Derek and Owen Wassel and Daniela and Nathaniel White.
Mr. White retired from Washington Federal Savings Bank, now Washington Financial Bank.
Mrs. White was previously employed by Mellon Bank.
The couple enjoy traveling in Europe and the United States and spending time with their grandchildren.
