Joseph Blumer, son of Nicklous and Mary (Rossi) Blumer of Washington, was named to the fall dean’s list at Slippery Rock University. Joseph’s college activities include Pre-Med Club and Public Health Research. An exercise science major, he is a 2014 graduate of Trinity High School and works at Meadows Racetrack and Casino. Joseph is the grandson of the late Pio and Helen Rossi of Washington, and the late Nicklous and Patricia Blumer of Washington.

Joshua Kostyak, son of Shawn and Denise Kostyak of Washington, was named to the fall dean’s list at Slippery Rock University, where he is majoring in Safety Management. Joshua is a 2017 graduate of Trinity High School.

Shannon Crumrine, daughter of Roy and Sandy Crumrine of Washington, was named to the fall dean’s list at West Virginia University, where she is majoring Elementary Education. She was also named to the President’s list with a 4.0 average for the fall semester. Shannon is a 2014 graduate of Washington High School.

Emma Ott, daughter of Mike and Maureen Ott of Eighty Four, was named to the fall dean’s list at Elon University, where she is majoring in Finance and Statistics, with a minor in Leadership. Emma is an Isabella Cannon Leadership Fellow, a member of Beta Alpha Psi and Beta Gamma Sigma business honor societies, an Elon Tour Guide, a Student Ambassador in Professional Development Center, a teaching assistant and a tutor. This is Emma’s fifth consecutive semester to be named to the Elon President’s list. She is currently in the Far East learning about business and culture of Pacific Rim countries. Emma is a 2015 graduate of Ringgold High School.

Danielle Hines, daughter of Jim and Denise Smith of Washington and Ken and Teresa Hines of Washington, was named to the fall dean’s list at California University of Pennsylvania, where she is a majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. She is a member of the Marketing Club, Student activities Board, Sigma Alpha Pi National Society of Leadership and Success, Phi Sigma Sigma Sorority and is a Phi Sigma Sigma Philanthropic Chairperson. She is a 2016 graduate of Trinity High School and is employed at Old Navy. Danielle is the granddaughter of Joseph and Vlada Anderson and Charles and Bonnie Hines.

Mary Fritz, daughter of Carl and Tracie Fritz of Washington, was named to the fall dean’s list at California University of Pennsylvania, where she is the vice president of the criminal justice honor society and works in the alumni office. She is a member of the national society of leadership and success and has secured an internship for the summer of 2018. Mary is a 2016 graduate of Trinity High School.
