Don’t now how assess because there are not a lot of specifics. Dont know if this plan will help businesses or indiv or employees. You have to figure out before come up w/plan.
Never one for trying to figure out things so quickly. Big project., Not something run through in 24 hours, let alone a week.
Know don’t if they have a target. If you do something on a national scale, you have to run it up a flagpole. They’re pressing on to come up with a consensus on handling this thing.
Big story may be the working together.
