One killed in crash in Donegal Township
State police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred just after 6 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Route 40 and Lake Road in Donegal Township.
Washington County Coroner Timothy Warco said the driver of a sedan was traveling at speeds above 80 mph while going the wrong way on westbound Route 40. Daniel Pasqualucci, 41, of Donegal Township, died after colliding head-on with an SUV, according to a release from Warco’s office.
The driver and a passenger in the SUV were flown to Pittsburgh hospital.
The cause and manner of Pasqualucci’s death are pending an autopsy, the coroner’s office said.
