Grand Funk Railroad rolls into the Hollywood Casino
Though there have been some breakups and reunions along the way, Grand Funk Railroad has been around for 57 years, ever since the band emerged from Flint, Mich.
They reached their peak in the early 1970s, when seven of their albums landed in the Top 10, and they had hits with “We’re an American Band,” “Some Kind of Wonderful” and “The Loco-Motion.” Those will probably all be played when Grand Funk comes to the Hollywood Casino at the Meadows Sunday.
Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m. For information, go online to pennentertainment.com.
