LETTER: Americans must unite

1 min read

“We the People” are the first words of the U.S. Constitution And that is how it should be – a nation standing together, undivided and unconquered.

We are a proud and mighty country. We cannot, for our sake and for the sake of our beloved land, allow monarchy and bigotry to dominate the United States of America, or worse, divide it.

America is a place for all human beings, from natives to immigrants to descendants of the first settlers. It is a place where we must join together, hand in hand, and work to build up our nation, not tear it down. To quote Abraham Lincoln, “A house divided against itself cannot stand.”

So let’s all unite, unbiased and unflinching, and put an end to the brainwashing, manipulation and tyranny ripping us apart.
