Energy-efficiency workshop planned

“Cut Your Energy Bills,” an energy-efficiency workshop presented by the River Town Program and West Penn Power Sustainable Energy Fund, will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Nov. 28 at Frank Ricco Sons of Italy Lodge, 16 Race St., Brownsville.

The workshop is open to residents and businesses, and will explain utility rebate programs and funding opportunities for all income levels.
