Mon Valley YMCA begins new sessions

Balanced Body, offering more than 40 weekly group fitness classes, begins Monday at the Mon Valley YMCA.

The classes are designed to relax and energize, and include YogaStretch, basic training, cycling, total body training and Zumba.

Water exercise, including both deep and shallow water classes, begins March 11.
