Panelists from the U.S. Army War College Eisenhower Series College Program, in collaboration with the World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh, will speak at 7 p.m. Feb. 12 at Peters Township Public Library.

The Eisenhower program encourages dialogue on national security and other public policy issues between students of the Army’s senior educational institution and the public.
