Annual Duncan & Miller Glass Show and Sale will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Washington County Fair & Expo Center. The auction will begin at 5:30 p.m. Saturday. Admission is $4, which is good for both days.
Understanding Your Blood Sugar Readings will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. July 31 at Mon-Vale HealthPLEX. Participants will learn how diet, medications, illness and stress affect blood sugar. Completion of the three-day “Diabetes Self-Management Training” is a prerequisite. Registration is required at least one week in advance.
