Como celebration returning to Canonsburg

1 min read

Last year’s celebration of Perry Como’s 100th birthday was such a success that it’s returning to the streets of downtown Canonsburg this weekend as an oldies festival.

Hot Diggity Dog Days will feature music of the 1950s,60s and ’70s, food and craft vendors, a children’s playland and invitation-only car cruise.

Performing Saturday will be JJ Brickel and the Liberator (1 p.m.), Kardaz (4 p.m.) and the show band Deja Vu (7 p.m.). Sunday’s entertainment features American Pie (noon) and Sugarcane (3:30 p.m.).

All proceeds benefit America’s Pop Music Hall of Fame. For more information, call (724) 745-1515.
