Art in Action at Washington Park

The 11th annual Art in Action will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at Washington Park.

There will be demonstrations in pottery, jewelry-making, matte-board art, tie-dying, painting and performing arts, such as acting, poetry, reading, dancing and music.

Performances will be provided by Tony Janflone Jr., Washington Community Arts and Cultural Center students, Kim Lucchini, the Washington Symphony Orchestra wind trio, Amy Melissen and friends and Ramblin’ Ron Boone.

Carriage rides to the Frontier History Center also will be provided.
