Wash Arts hosts ‘Art of Recovery’
Washington Community Arts and Cultural Center, 70 South St., will hold an exhibition, “Art of Recovery,” from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday.
The exhibit will feature 12 local artists who are in recovery from life-altering events, including alcoholism, drug abuse, cancer survival and mental-health issues. The artists’ work will be for sale. Light refreshments will be provided.
