Auxiliary scholarship winners

The Auxiliary of Washington Health System recently presented its Auxiliary Scholarship Awards to four high school seniors with a combined total of more than 3,100 hospital volunteer hours. They are:

Maria Kuehn, Peters Township High School. Kuehn has been a volunteer since May 2012 and has volunteeredmore than 550 hours. She also is a member of the executive board. Kuehn plans to attend St. Francis University to become a physician’s assistant.

Hayley Little, Bethlehem-Center High School. Little has been a junior volunteer for four years and has volunteered nearly 900 hours. She plans to attend Liberty University in Virginia to major in environmental science and biology.

Michael Luketich, California Area High School. Luketich has been a volunteer since January 2012 and has accumulated more than 175 hours. He plans to attend the University of Pittsburgh to major in engineering.

Kaitlin McCracken, Bishop Canevin High School. McCracken has been a junior volunteer since May 2010 and serves as president of the junior executive board. She has volunteered more than 1,500 hours. She plans to attend Washington & Jefferson College to major in secondary education.
