Monongahela River Buffs will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, at the River Museum, 175 Second St., Monongahela. The program will be a DVD of a barge launching from across the river from the then Trinity Barge Co. Commentary is provided by former barge worker and photographer Jack Gordon. Giant Oaks Garden Club will meet at 11 a.m. June 5 at St. David’s Anglican Church, 905 E. McMurray Road, Venetia.
