Bails – 50 years
James and Katherine “Tina” Bails of Canonsburg celebrated their golden wedding anniversary with a dinner celebration with their family.
Mr. and Mrs. Bails were married December 5, 1965, in All Saints Greek Orthodox Church, Canonsburg.
Their children are Jamie (Erik) Bails Richardson of Eighty Four, Lisa (Aaron) Bails Froyd of Canonsburg and William (Jennifer) Bails of Salisbury, Md.
Their grandchildren are Dylan, Tanner, Logan, Skyler, James, Diana and Elizabeth.
Mr. Bails is a retired steelworker from Cooper Industries/ Transformer. He also did roofing work with his brothers. He is a 32nd degree Mason and Shriner and a member of Chartiers Hill United Presbyterian Church. Mr. Bails was an avid hunter and fisherman in his active days. He enjoys movies, slot machines, board or card games and spending time with his children, siblings and their families.
Mrs. Bails is a bus driver for Chartiers Valley School District, councilwoman-elect for Canonsburg, a florist and businesswoman. She is an active member of All Saints Greek Orthodox Church and very involved in her community. Mrs. Bails enjoys swimming, baking, sewing, reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
Both are loving parents and grandparents.
