Richard and Susan Miles of Washington will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary with a special getaway weekend this spring given to them by their children.

Mr. and Mrs. Miles were married February 19, 1965, in Cumberland, Md.

Their children are Rhonda (Ken) Barner of Finleyville, Traci (Dan) Opel of Carmichaels, Dawn (Jim) Warne of Goose Creek, S.C., and Darla (Ed) Uniejewski of Hilton Head, S.C.

Their grandchildren are Charise and Kara Barner and Miles, Mason and Daxton Warne.

Mr. Miles was employed by MolyCorp until its closing and retired from Washington Steel.

Mrs. Miles is retired from National City Bank.

The couple are members of North Ten Mile Baptist Church.
