For the seventh consecutive year, California University of Pennsylvania’s Student Government Association loaded a school bus with donations for the 96.1 KISS Stuff-a-Bus program for Toys for Tots.
Thanks to GG&C Bus Co. of Washington, more than $1,400 worth of toys was delivered last week to the collection point in Robinson Township. Along with student government, volunteers and donations came from Cal U.’s Center for Volunteer Programs and Service Learning, Athletic Training Club, Student Activities Board and Student Association Inc. Monetary donations or new, unwrapped toys will be accepted on campus through Dec. 14 for distribution to Toys for Tots of Washington County.
Drop boxes will be available in the Natali Student Center lobby, as well as in the Steele Hall lobby during the production of “The Happy Elf” Dec. 7-10 in Steele Hall Mainstage Theater.
