St. Paul Lutheran Church, 775 North Main St., Washington, will hold a spaghetti dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday. Cost is $8 for adults, $7 for seniors and $3 for children. Meal includes meatballs or sausage, salad, fresh bread, pie or cake and beverage. Takeout is available.
Jefferson United Methodist Church, 190 N. Washington St., Jefferson, will present the Christmas pageant “Jesus is Born” at 6:30 p.m. Saturday. The pageant will feature more than 35 local adults and children. A reception will follow in the Jefferson Community Center with a special guest appearance from Santa.
