On March 17, 340 youth in fifth through 12th grades and their adult leaders from the Bible Chapel dispersed across Southwestern Pennsylvania to serve their community during the annual “Go! Weekend” event. Volunteers from various Bible Chapel campuses gathered in McMurray before departing for their work sites.

Volunteers served with many organizations, including Horse ‘N Soul, City Mission’s Hidden Treasures thrift store and the Foster Love Project, to name a few. Several groups helped community residents get ready for spring by performing yard work and home maintenance.

The day concluded with the team attending Saturday night service at the Bible Chapel together.

“With all the negative things that are said about this generation, it was incredible to see so many young people excited to serve and give up part of their weekend to do it,” said Jeremy Adams, senior high youth pastor. For information, visit www.biblechapel.org.
