U.S. Air Force Airman Amelia Baldwin graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force. Baldwin is the daughter of Dana and Tim Motte of Burgettstown. She is the wife of Brian Baldwin. The airman is a 2015 graduate of Fort Cherry High School.

U.S. Air Force Airman Shelby B. Morris graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principals and skills. Morris was an Element leader and a Beast leader, also earning Beast excellence. A 2017 graduate of West Greene High School, Morris is the daughter of Jodi Lahew and Anthony Mega of Wind Ridge.

Dalton M. Joseph of Waynesburg graduated from the U.S. Army Basic & AIT training on February 15 in Fort Benning, Ga. He will continue his military career in Fort Hood, Texas. Dalton is the son of Tiffany (Ryan) McConnell of Waynesburg and Brian Joseph of Washington, and the grandson of Diane and the late Robert Anderson and Robert and Bobbi Joseph. He is a 2017 graduate of Carmichael Area High School.
