The Mon Valley Academy for the Arts (MVAA) will present the third of its Chess Park Summer Concert Series Sunday. Performances begin at 1 p.m. at the park gazebo and continue until 4.The first act will be the Joe Campus Band from 1 to 2:30. The 40-piece Mon Valley Community Band will follow. Nemacolin Castle in Brownsville will hold a Victorian morning tea from 9 to 11 a.m. Aug. 11. Victorian attire is optional.
