PTM offers trolley service to fair

Pennsylvania Trolley Museum will offer trolley service to the Washington County Fair during its annual Park’N’Ride event. The museum will shuttle guests from the Eaton parking lot at 2800 N. Main St. to the fair from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday through Aug. 18.

Visitors can purchase Park’N’Ride tickets or regular admission tickets to the museum at the museum’s main location at 1 Museum Road, across from the fairgrounds. Trolleys will depart from their stations every 15 minutes and tickets are good for multiple trips throughout the day of purchase. Trolley tickets are $3 per person. Children under the age of 4 ride for free. This fee does not include admission to the fair. It also does not include admission to the museum, which is $10 for adults, $9 for seniors (62+) and $7 per child (3-15). Regular admission includes museum exhibits, a film on the Trolley Era and guided tours of some of the 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day with the last tour leaving at 3.
