Mon Valley YMCA will offer the following programs:

• Lunch & Learn OSPTA Fall Prevention, 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Sept. 11 in the Activity Hall with speaker Tressa Bitonti, PT OSPTA, Charleroi office. The topic of this free talk is Fall Risks & Preventions – Keeping your home safe to avoid falls and injuries. RSVP by Sept. 7 in the business office.
• Wood Sign Paint Party, 6 to 8 p.m. Sept. 14, with the Creative Bumble Bee. Artistic talent is not necessary. Fee of $40 is non-refundable. Materials will be ordered in advance for each person. RSVP by Sept. 1 in the business office. For information, call 724-483-8077.
• Gardening Through the Seasons, 10 to 11:30 a.m. Sept. 15, with Penn State Certified Master Gardeners Hazel Murray and Peggy Brown. Planting the Pollinator Garden will be held at the Monongahela Pollinator Garden at the Welcome Triangle on Route 88. Cost is $5 per class for members and $7 per class for non-members.
