At Allison Christian Church, East Street, Allison, there will be a 7 p.m. Ash Wednesday service.
At Calvin United Presbyterian Church, 307 Spring St., Brownsville, a Lenten service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday. The service will be canceled if Brownsville Area School District is closed.
At Christ Church Anglican, 319 Church St., Brownsville, the Bentworth Ministerium Community Choir will present its Easter cantata “Come to the Cross” at 7 p.m. March 11. The program is free.
At Emmanuel United Presbyterian Church, 480 Route 519, Eighty Four, there will be two services on Ash Wednesday, at noon and 7 p.m. For information, call 724-222-7488.

Charleroi Area Ministerial Association (CAMA) Lenten service will be held at 7 p.m. each evening throughout Lent at the following churches, with a different minister at each church:
- Speers United Methodist Church, 810 Jane Ave. – Feb. 18, with Pastor Charles Cochran of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)
- First Christian Church (DOC), 61 Walnut Ridge Road – Feb. 25, with Pastor Diane Hobson of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church
- St. John’s Lutheran Church, 327 Washington Ave. – March 4, with Pastor Frank Zeman of Mid Mon Valley Lutheran Parish
- St. Mary’s Anglican Church, 509 6th St. – March 11, with Pastor Lori Walters of United Methodist Church
- First United Methodist Church, 601 Lincoln Ave. – March 18, with Father Bob Hanna of St. Mary’s Anglican Church

At First United Methodist Church, 215 Church St., Brownsville, Ash Wednesday services will be offered from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

At Fort Burd United Presbyterian Church, Route 166-200 Thornton Road, Brownsville, there will be an Ash Wednesday service at 7 p.m. and a Lenten service at 7 p.m. March 8. Services will be canceled if the Brownsville Area School District is closed.
At Historic Church of St. Peter, 300 Shaffner Ave., Brownsville, an Ash Wednesday service will be held at 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Ashes only will be offered at noon.
At Jefferson United Methodist Church, 190 N. Washington St., Jefferson, the Jefferson-Rices Landing United Methodist Charge will observe Ash Wednesday at 7 p.m. For information, call 724-883-2105.

At Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church, 401 Baltimore St., Brownsville, a Lenten service will be held at 7 p.m. Feb. 22. The service will be canceled if the Brownsville Area School District is closed.
At Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 105 Gateshead Drive, McMurray, Ash Wednesday services will include an 11:35 a.m. brief children’s service with imposition of ashes, and 12:15 and 7 p.m. worship with imposition of ashes and Holy Communion. Other offerings on Wednesdays during Lent include: a potluck supper from 6:15 to 7 p.m. Feb. 21, 28 and March 7, 14 and 21 (bring something homemade or store-bought to share); children’s program with a lesson and activity from 6:45 to 7:30 p.m.; worship, The Plot of Lent, from 7 to 7:30 p.m.; adult class from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. For information, call 724-941-7467.
