Brooke Scarfo, daughter of Shannon and Rob Scarfo of Washington, was named to the fall dean’s list at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. An accounting major with a minor in finance, she is a member of Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society. Shannon is a 2016 graduate of Trinity High School.

Tritan Plute, son of Amy and Timothy Plute of Washington, was named to the fall dean’s list at the University of Pittsburgh with a 4.0 GPA. A neuroscience/pre-med major with a minor in creative writing and chemistry, Tritan is a 2017 graduate of The Linsly School in Wheeling, W.Va. He is the grandson of George and Patty Molinaro of Washington.

Lauren McGavitt, daughter of Kristen McGavitt of Washington, was named to the fall dean’s list at Waynesburg University. A nursing major, she is a member of the Student Nurses Association of Pennsylvania. Lauren is a 2016 graduate of Trinity High School.
