Cecil girl gets first in Arts & Chocolate Spectacular Show

Lilly Harris, daughter of Daniel and Ashley Harris of Cecil Township, won first place in the Elementary Division at the Arts & Chocolate Spectacular Show. The show featured top student artwork chosen from K-12 students by their teachers from Canon-McMillan, Chartiers Valley, Peters Township and Upper St. Clair school districts.
