Pryor – 66 years

Duane “Bo” Pryor and Patricia “Patty” Coen Pryor celebrate their 66th wedding anniversary today.
Mr. and Mrs. Pryor were married June 1, 1952, in Second Christian Church, Washington (now Fairhill Manor Christian Church).
The couple raised four children, Darlene (Mike) Cope of Columbus, Ohio; David of Washington; Donna (Alan) Dohanich of Houston and Diane (Dennis) Grove of Pataskala, Ohio.
They have eight grandchildren, Angela Cope, Lisa Longo, Nathan Cope, Danielle Rush, Jeremy Baldwin, Jonathan Dohanich, Zachary Grove and Kelsey Grove. They also have four great-grandchildren.
Mr. Pryor worked at Hazel Atlas, Continental Can and Brockway Glass before retiring from Cooper Power (formerly McGraw Edison Transformer). Mrs. Pryor worked for Bell Telephone and Warrick’s of Floral Hill greenhouse.
Bo was a Marine during the Korean War and belongs to the Washington County Marine Corps League and the Mon Valley Leathernecks. He spent many years playing drums with various bands in the area.
Patty belongs to the Bell Telephone 10-Year Club and enjoys playing cards with friends.
Both performed with the Washington County Senior Citizens for years, singing and dancing.
