Harding – 60 years

Jeanmarie and Richard Harding of Washington, formerly of Tunkhannock, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Thursday.
Mr. and Mrs. Harding were married on June 21, 1958, in the Kingston Presbyterian Church in Kingston.
The couple have five children, Dr. Jeanine (Dr. Todd) Swenson of Mequon, Wis.; Dr. Janet (Michael) Yerkins of Oakdale; James (Jackie) of Northfield, Minn.; Dr. Jennifer (Jonathan) Riddle Harding of Washington; and Jonathan (Katie) of Charlotte.
They have 12 grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.
Mr. Harding is a graduate of Penn State Wilkes-Barre and is retired from Milnes Co. of Tunkhannock as project manager and safety engineer. Mrs. Harding is a graduate of College Misericordia in Dallas, and is retired as a teacher in the Tunkhannock School District, choir director at the First Methodist Church in Tunkhannock, and case manager for the Wyoming County Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bridge.
The couple will celebrate their anniversary with a cruise to Alaska with family in August.
