Walker – 78 years
Robert and Catherine Walker of Washington, formerly of Claysville, will celebrate their 78th wedding anniversary with family.
Mr. and Mrs. Walker were married March 4, 1940. The couple moved to Claysville from Minerva, Ohio, in 1951.
Their children are Linda Wilkerson of Claysville and Del (Mary Ann) Walker of Washington.
Their grandchildren are Joseph Wilkerson, Lori Wilkerson Hilliard, Scott Wilkerson, Barry Walker and Kelly Walker-Hoffman.
They have 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Mr. Walker owned and operated Walker Insurance Agency in Claysville until his retirement. Mrs. Walker was secretary-treasurer of Walker Insurance Agency until her retirement.
