The March meeting of the Tri County Borough Association, hosted by Bentleyville and Marianna boroughs, will take place today at Bentleyville Volunteer Fire Department’s social hall, 900 Main St. A meal will be served at 7 p.m. with a business meeting to follow. Guest speaker will be Eric Curnow of Washington Drug and Alcohol Commission Inc.

Hewitt Cemetery, Rices Landing, announces its spring cleanup will begin March 26. All Christmas and winter decorations will be removed. Those wishing to keep any decorations should have them removed by this date.
Peters Township Recreation Center will offer a one-day bus trip April 25. Rockin’ Roll in Ohio will take participants to the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame, Hard Rock Rocksino (casino) and the West Side Market, Cleveland’s oldest publicly -owned market. Crossroads Ministries, 81 Walter Long Road, Finleyville, will hold the EGG-streme Egg Hunt Challenge March 24. The event includes age-appropriate obstacle courses, bounce houses, photo station with the Easter Bunny, dollar concessions/bake sale and more. There will also be grand prizes awarded to those who find the special golden ticket eggs. Slapsticks Productions presents Rotary Club of Monongahela’s Funny Fundraiser March 24 at the New Eagle social hall, 156 Chess St. Doors open at 7 p.m. The show starts at 8, featuring Tom Musial, David Kaye and Ray Zawodni. There will be an auction and 50/50 raffle. Tickets to this 21-and-over event are $20 in advance and $25 at the door, and include free beer and pop, or BYOB.
