Grand opening Wednesday for Canonsburg outpatient center

1 min read

Washington Health System officials will have a grand opening for their Canonsburg outpatient center Wednesday evening.

The event, open to the public, will run from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the facility, 100 South Central Ave. There will be tours and a meet-and-greet with WHS family medicine providers and other system professionals.

Gary Weinstein, WHS president and chief executive officer, said the center will effectively replace and be an upgrade from medical offices the system leased on Pike Street in Canonsburg for many years. That location had metered parking.

WHS owns the outpatient center, which will have free parking.

It is near South Central Elementary School of Canon-McMillan School District.

Family physician services and a lab draw service will be among the offerings there, Weinstein said.
