The Cecil Township Historical Society will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, in the meeting room of the municipal building. Guest speaker will be Kevin Paul, co-author of “Haunted Hills and Hollows: What Lurks in Greene County, Pennsylvania. He will discuss the area’s unexplained and eerie sightings including Bigfoot, ghosts and aliens.
