Washington County Department of Parks & Recreation will hold the preschool program Pumpkin Palooza at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, at the Mingo Creek Park Office, for children ages 3-5. Preschoolers will create a pumpkin craft, read a pumpkin story, play pumpkin games and enjoy a pumpkin snack. Fee is $2 and preregistration is required by calling 724-228-6867.

The Midway Mariners, a service-minded group, meets at 6 p.m. the second Saturday of each month at Center United Presbyterian Church, 110 Washington Avenue, Midway.
