Dinosaur train visits PA Trolley Museum
The Pennsylvania Trolley Museum will welcome Buddy the T-Rex from the hit PBS KIDS series “Jim Henson’s Dinosaur Train” to the museum from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 22 and 23. Ride a restored antique trolley to see Buddy and bring a camera for a photo. Ongoing activities include a PBS Kids outreach table, children’s games and complimentary refreshments.
Staff members from the Carnegie Museum of Natural History will teach attendees about fossils, dinosaurs and reptiles.
Admission for this event is $15 for adults, $13 for seniors (62+) and $15 for children ages 1-15. Children under 1 are free. Admission also includes photo exhibits and guided tours of the Trolley Display Building.
Fall hours begin now through Dec. 16. The museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. The last tour begins one hour before closing.
