Carmichaels Women’s Civic Club Girl of the Month – March
Carmichaels Area Women’s Civic Club has named Samantha Shaffer its Girl of the Month for March. Samantha is treasurer of the National Honor Society, a member of the Chemistry Club and the school newspaper. Outside of school she volunteers throughout her community and enjoys reading. Samantha plans to major in biology at Slippery Rock University with aspirations of becoming a physician assistant. A senior at Carmichaels Area Junior/Senior High School, she is the daughter of Chris and Lori Shaffer of Carmichaels.
