First Commonwealth announces scholarship

The deadline to apply for the First Commonwealth Bank scholarship fund is March 1. The $35,000 fund is for graduating high school seniors who have at least a 3.0 GPA (or 85 percent average) and resides in select counties in Pennsylvania, including Allegheny, Washington and Westmoreland counties.
