Fish fry keeper
St. Damien of Molokai will hold fish fries from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m. Ash Wednesday, March 6, and Fridays, March 8, 15, 22 and 29, and April 5 and 12. Fish fries will be held at St. Damien Parish Park located behind Dierken’s Pharmacy in Monongahela. The menu includes baked or fried fish (with or without bun), shrimp or crab cake dinners with two sides included. Also on the menu is the “Big Kahuna Sandwich” with fries and coleslaw on the sandwich. A la carte items include baked or fried fish sandwich, 6-piece shrimp, two crab cakes or pizza by the slice. Sides include fresh cut fries, mac and cheese, coleslaw, haluski and provolone sticks. Desserts as well as bottled water and pop will be available for purchase. All items are made fresh.
