The Martha Washington Quilters Guild will hold its monthly business meeting at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, at the Church of the Covenant, third floor, 276 East Beau Street, Washington. A show and tell and presentation by Sue James entitled “Easy Delectable Mountails” will follow.

The LeMoyne Community Center in Washington will celebrate Black History Month from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27. Doors open at 4:30. Hear from members of the community about how they were able to better themselves. There will be a youth art gallery, singing, dancing, music, art and poetry. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served. The Washington Hospital Auxiliary is sponsoring a 2019 Pittsburgh Pirates Ticket Event. The featured item is a Pittsburgh Pirates Fan Appreciation Package valued at $500 for only $49.99.
