The January community dinner scheduled for this Friday at Rogersville United Methodist Church has been canceled. The next dinner will be on Feb. 22. A chicken and biscuit dinner will begin at 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, at West Alexander Methodist Church on Main Street. Takeout will be available. A love offering will be accepted.
Trinity Church located at 440 South Main Street in Washington will hold its annual meeting immediately following the 10 a.m. service on Sunday. The Vestry will outline the coming year and update members about the new rector search progress. Church members will also be voting on new vestry members. Members and friends are asked to bring a side dish, salad or dessert. Meat, drinks and table service will be provided.
