Washington County Department of Parks and Recreation will offer the preschool program “Love Birds” at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, at the park office at Mingo Creek County Park. Children ages 3-5 will make and take home Valentine’s Day treats for the birds to eat during the winter months, and observe and identify birds that will visit the feeder. Dress accordingly.
