Young Marines Outstanding Cadet

Washington County Young Marine Lance Cpl. Elena Butler attended Pennsylvania American Legion State Police Youth Week at York (Pa.) College. She received the Outstanding Cadet Plaque and a scholarship check for $1,000. Young Marines Pfc. Reed Coyle V also attended along with unit commander Master Sgt. Donald L. Bailey (USMC retired).
