Mobile dental unit coming to McDonald
Cornerstone Care’s mobile dental unit will be at the McDonald Giant Eagle Supermarket at 200 Station Street from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, April 19 to provide dental cleanings. Anyone in the area who would like to schedule an appointment should call 724-802-0142. The mobile unit will provide preventative dental care to adults and children ages 1 and over.
Cornerstone Care accepts Medicaid and CHIP, most private insurance coverage, and offers a sliding fee scale based on financial need for uninsured and underinsured. Cornerstone Care has been awarded funding from the Guy V. and Alma Ida Fund of The Pittsburgh Foundation to target the health needs of residents in McDonald, PA. Additional financial assistance may be available to qualified individuals.
The mobile unit is a fully equipped dental office on wheels. McDonald residents requiring restorative dental services should contact Cornerstone Care Community Health Center of Burgettstown by calling 724-947-2251.
