Trinity Mock Trial
A high school mock trial held March 5 at the Washington County Courthouse featured Trinity’s Team 1 and the combined Fort Cherry/Burgettstown team competing for the district championship. Trinity’s team prevailed with four of the five juror votes and will advance to the regional competition to be held next week in Westmoreland County. The tri-county mock trials for Washington, Greene and Fayette counties is organized by the Washington County Bar Association as part of the Pennsylvania Bar Association-Young Lawyers Division’s statewide competition.
