Washington Park Elementary School raised $2,240 for the American Heart Association. Students jumped rope, jumped through hoops, and played “helicopter” where they stood in a circle and jumped over a spinning ball on the end of a rope. The kids had fun while exercising and raising money for a worthy cause. High school student council members assisted with the activities.
