Strabane Woods Assisted Living resident Mildred Worstell turned 104 years old Feb. 4.The facility’s activities department had a party for her that the residents and family members attended. The cake was generously donated by McMurray Giant Eagle and enjoyed by all. Washington County Commissioners sent her a happy birthday letter and a certificate of recognition.
